What services do you provide?
We provide personalized senior home support services, including companionship, personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, medication reminders, mobility assistance, dementia support, Alzheimer's support, respite care, and accompaniment to appointments.
Where do you provide care?
We support seniors at home, in retirement residences, assisted living communities, long-term care settings, and during hospital stays.
Do you provide medical care?
No. TrustBloom assists with daily living needs and senior home support services. Medical care remains under the care of healthcare professionals.
Costs & Funding
How much does support cost?
Costs depend on the level of support, visit length, and care plan required. We provide clear pricing before services begin so families understand what to expect.
Is home care funding available?
Yes. Some families may qualify for home care funding or financial assistance through programs such as Veterans Affairs Canada (VIP), Alberta's Self-Managed Care program through AHS Continuing Care, medical expense tax credits, and other funding resources. Eligibility varies by program, and we are happy to help families explore available options.

Veterans Supports
What is the Veterans Independence Program?
The Veterans Independence Program, also known as VIP, may help eligible Veterans access funding and support with daily living needs such as housekeeping, meal preparation, personal care, and other approved services.
Is TrustBloom a Veterans Affairs provider?
Yes. TrustBloom Home Care is proud to support eligible Veterans through direct billing home support services that help promote comfort, independence, and quality of life.
Minimum Hours & Care Planning
Is there a minimum number of hours required?
Yes. Because we want to provide meaningful, unhurried support, visits are scheduled with enough time to properly assist clients and build consistency.
Can services be bundled together?
Yes. Support can be combined based on each person’s needs. For example, one visit may include companionship, meal preparation, light housekeeping, personal care assistance, and medication reminders.
